it just is, the pants are tight around your buns, and as far as seeing a womens pretty feet as well it just goes good together

capris are hideous and make your legs look short and stumpy, theyre not attractive and open toe shoes arent if they have ugly feet that arent polished and the only good shoes are high heeled and the only good pants are jeans or shorts or skirt NEVER capris

because the pants are so fitted and then with the open toed shoes it makes it look sexy. almost anything u wear with heels look sexy.
and almost any1 could pull off that look.. skinny, slim, cury even thick
