I originally tipped, but then thought about it and it's fast food and no different then going through a drive through at Burger King, so I stopped. Now if I was going to stay there and eat in the car and keep requesting stuff then yes I would tip.

If the car hop is really nice and has a lot of personality, I usually tip them. Most of them act like they're mad at the world and hate their job, so they don't get a tip. The person taking your order is inside an airconditioned building, the car hops are in/out of the elements.

Some people tip them, some do not. I used to tip them 2 or 3 dollars but we are in a recession now so times are tough.

I used to tip them when I ate there~ I figured it was the thing to do since the probably aren't making that much and depend on tips just like a waiter or waitress would.

Of course you tip. They are just like a waitor or waitress except they dont take ur order. Besides, people like that live one your tips. It's only fair to. 2 to 4 dollars should cover it.

Sonic or wherever; if someone brings your food, that is being served, indeed, you should tip. (that is how someone is making a living.. if I were in the restaurant business I would want the tip)

i've got on no account been to Sonic - i've got googled it and look this sort of nutrients they serve - it sounds as though lots in simple terms like this sort of junk/rapid-nutrients you will possibly locate at McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, Wendy's.... and so on... in elementary terms on rollerskates. the area I regarded at has lots of %. of the objective-shopper - at a raffle: 25 years and youthful. i might guess that they don't tip at Sonic for a similar reason they don't tip at McDonalds - coz, they are actually not fairly predicted to. rapid-nutrients served interior a bag into your individual vehicle has a lots lesser cost whilst in comparison with suited table-service. Your cousin has a job at this place - he might desire to be fairly good at it (i don't think of it particularly is an extremely stressful activity, till it rains)

Yes it's appropriate. I have tipped them when the service was unusually excellent. Other than that I don't.

I usually wind up tipping, I give no less than a dollar no matter what I get, even if it's only one of those slushee things.
