well i faced the problem...if you are using windows XP simply click the blue and yellow color button on tool bar. you will get all settings there and u can disable pop up blocker...it worked successfully with me...

popup blockers can install themselves in your program menu..if so..you'll have no problems turning it off or on..If you're talking about the popup blocker that windows provides..go to your control panel..and into the Security folder at the bottom..you'll find the off,on area. Larry
