looks like you lost your bet. And by the way, we used to care about foreign relations, and the president used to stay at the whitehouse. How silly to try and negotiate peacefully..all that will do is create a surplus and keep the terrorists at bay. But, 9/11 and the war are good business, so screw the people. Please stop living in the past. Is it that you cant find anything truthfully good to say about George W. Bush so you crap on Clinton. Why not spend your time doing solid research on programs that have help the American people. Or is it just that Bush has done nothing to help the American People. You tell me, I cant find anything he has do to be productive in the progression of man kind that is not a theory and yet to be proven
