It's Gnarls Barkley, but skip the album, I can't believe I wasted the money for one song. Good single though.
Gnarls is a union of C-Lo and the band Danger Mouse.
It will go the same way "Juicy" by Better than Ezra will go - quickly and quietly

Gnarles (not charles) Barkley right? i wouldn't consider it "new" anymore, when you asked I thought he came out with his second single. My boyfriend has been rocking that for a few months now. and he sings just all the high pitched noes and it's a crack up... i find myself a dancing fool to it as well though. so damn catchy...

I really like that song. He also did a album called the Grey album using Jay-z songs but using the beat of The Beetles songs it was different but I enjoyed it.
