The only reason is that alot of jews control the mass media in the U.S. They also have many successful businesses that make the country work economicly. The government is jut protecting its interest by protecting an influential group of people of being hurt in such a conflict. Also the U.S. have many more business interest and money to be made with Israel then Hezbollah.
Briefly, money makes the world go 'round.

I try not to be biased wherever possible, as there are always two sides to every situation. In this instance though, it seems as if the Israeli's were provoked. Also, even though the Israeli's are going on the offensive, it has been a measured one, meaning that they are trying to hit only military targets, while keeping the civilian casualties down.
I feel for the Arabs, as no matter what you try to do, you will always get innocents killed...but...look at it this way: If Hezbollah returns the two kidnapped soldiers and gets away from the Lebanese border, the Israel army withdraws. Period. No waiting, no reaction. Just a complete withdraw, which the US and the rest of the world would support in this case.
Your move Arabs.

What in the world made you think the world is so biased towards Israel. Just look at the questions posted here and you will see how many Israel-haters there are here. The website you post, by the way, is not a non-biased website fairly presenting both sides. So much for your "this posting is NOT to say who'se [sic] better than who or who is at fault." I would hope people on here would know better than to think such a question is unbiased anyway.
The reasons there are pictures such as these only on one side is because in Israel, there is freedom of the press, and people can publish anything they can find. In Arab countries, however, the government controlls the media, so it is impossible to get a fair account of the situation. Ever think of that?

To answer your question fully needs history graduates from both sides of the present divide to give their points of view and then and only then will you be able to make an informed judgement on the conflict.
For myself, I go back to the birth of the State of Israel just after World War 2 and the terrible events the world uncovered when liberating Western Europe and the discovery of the Holocaust.
On the stroke of midnight when the Jewish State of Israel was born back in 1948 she was attacked by her three arab neighbours who were determined that such a State be killed off at birth. That war was eventually won and every war since, Israel has had to fight for her right to exist let alone co-exist. She developed the notion of Pre-emptive strike based on excellent intelligence and observation and this has stood her in good stead over the last 30 years or so.
I put this to you, that if you belonged to a nation of about 12 million people and were surrounded by 300 million people in the region baying for your blood and total annihilation then you too would be a tad sensitive about every belligerent move that was made by said neighbours.
I think the world supports the apparent underdog (in numbers) since the battle appears so unbalanced.
Yes, it's very upsetting to see and hear about the innocent being maimed and killed but in the environment of Hezbollah and other extremist factions there are no innocents in their eyes.
The Jewish faith calls for an eye for an eye as justice so that for every one of theirs who is killed or maimed the ratio must be higher against the enemy ie. 12 : 300 - you can work out the actual numbers - my maths isn't that good.
I hope I haven't confused you even more and that I have managed to answer the main thrust of your question for you.

The problems with the terrorists in Arab countries is that, for the most part, the governments in these Arab nations allow the terrorists to exist within their borders.
If Lebanon had taken strong measures to stop Hezbollah, Israel wouldn't have had to attack Lebanon. If Lebanon wouldn't allow Hezbollah extremists to mingle in with civilians, Israel wouldn't have to attack civilian targets that are being used by hezbollah fighters.
I don't agree with how Israel has responded. But I also don't agree with how regular Arabs can allow extremists to use them as shields. I know there is fear. The Arab extremists will kill their own kin if they think those kin are "conspiring" with the enemy.
I don't think Arabs would suffer the same bad rap they do now if they would take measures to stop the terrorists they allow to live in their own neighborhoods. The number of good, decent Arabs far outweight the number of extremists. The bad thing is, the voices of the decent Arab majority are drowned out by the voices of those few who are very vocal and very open about their hatred toward israel and any nation that helps or supports them.

Because the arab world is no innocent bystander in all this. For decades, the Israelis have been attacked in their homes and marketplacess by terrorists, while the arab governments turned a blatantly blind eye to the criminal activities of these fanatics. Somebody finally broke the camel's back, and now there's hell to pay. It's because we are all equal that the Arab world is now receiving the blind eye in turn.

It is because Israel is the making of the US and UK. And most if not all of there weapons are given to them by the US, and we give them billions every year. I think it is so that Israel will destabilize the middle east even further so some action will have to be taken by the superpowers to end it. If the US did not condone there actions we would stop sending billions of $ and weapons over there. In the end the US and any other country's that join will be view as there saviors and that we are the better way. All governments are corrupt, especially the US government.

im not. In fact, I do not have an opinion either way.
Ok, i just re-read your rant- My feeling is this, I have been watching the news, and what makes you think that americans are shedding bad light on israel? Is the news you're watching different than CNN?
the way I see it is that two soldiers were captured, they did something about it (just as america would do) and the other country retaliated. Plain and simple. As long as america doenst get involved as far as troops and whatever, I could care less. Im more worried about the war at home.

All Christian countries are afraid to go against Israel because the Old Testament in the Bible. If Israel is God's chosen people, then we're afraid to go against God. Arabs, on the other hand, only have Allah, and no one decended from western countries in Europe or North America fears Allah.

this will be the beginning of World war 3-
I hope SOMEBODY comes to their senses, because innocent
people die here - and at the end i do not see you or anyone for the religion but as a human being-
Both sides are wrong in doing this, but Lebanon should have listened to Israel - and released the two captured soldiers.
Wonder why Bush is not saying much - because he cannot get oil for free?
