My dad. I'm very thankful to God for my dad, who died last year after a long and healthy life. My dad was not my "best friend", and oftentimes I "hated" him in my youth, but now, long past my twenties, and now having my own kids in their twenties, I am able to see that not being my best friend, and standing strong in his values, has often saved my life, and made it a better experience as well. Thanks for your question. It helps bring my dad back to my forefront and makes me renewed in my thankfulness to God for a dad such as him. God Bless you.

My son. Everytime I broke down and wanted to hurt myself, he was always on the other side of the door crying when he was a baby. I owe him my life and so much more.
