Because they give the funnest answers plus yahoo answers is also dot com too and anyway the Brits are known for taking a bashing towards them well, and remember you can always give as good, if not better, then you get!!

Eh hem. American here. And I for one have the utmost respect for the British. Don't pay attention to the riff raff that meander there way through these pages. They don't represent the whole of the U.S. In fact I don't know where they could be coming from, because I never actually run into them in the real world. But rest assured they bash their own on here too.

There was a time when you could be arrested for having communist opinions, and even now it is illegal to fly the red flag in some states; that really sounds like free speech to me!
