Why you had to drag Satan into this, I have no idea. Men and women are biologically different. There are going to be things about each other that we can't ever fully understand. But, divided? I don't think so. If that were true, the human race would be extinct.
And, speaking as a woman, there might be fewer problems if we weren't, on the whole, treated as lower life forms. We represent, for example, just over 50% of the population in this country. We don't have anywhere near that percentage in government, at any level, from local to Federal.

Yay, you're right. There are a very few relationships that were "made in heaven" There are a lot of couples who are inseparable, like two peas in a pod. But it is a shame, to see this generation, from advertising and the likes, how men and women are influenced, to be their own person, be yourself, do what you want and so on. The respect isn't there any more for another. It's a shame to see that kind of attitude. Men are from mars, and women from venus. Couples even divorce for such stupid little things. Its easy and cheap to get a divorce, rather than working it out , were both can be a better person. They never grow, from walking away, except to carry it on to the next partner they meet. It's all about, "ME" what I want, what I need, and lost the true value of each other. You are right what you said above, but worst of it all, when there is children involved, it destroys them as a person. They carry that with them into adulthood. They pay the price of the parent. It destroys who they really are! The work of the devil.

I have to disagree with you on multiple points here...
1. I don't believe there is always a division between men and women. There are some people who have been scorned by the opposite sex and take a stand to tell everybody that men and women should hate each other, but they are by far in the minority.
2. There are much greater divisions among people than this. No wars have ever been waged between men and women.
3. There is a devil and he enjoys causing strife. He loves to see marriages torn apart and people left with emotional scars, but as yet, no nuclear wars between the sexes.

Yes, thank goodness. It is the differences between us that continues the human race. Like we fit together, sorta.
It is true that we could be more polite and kind to each other, but satan and devils and victory has nothing at all to do with it. It is PEOPLE who decide to open their mouths and pour out garbage that causes these problems. If PEOPLE would stop using religion as a crutch and use their own minds to figure how they should treat people, we'd all be better off.
And you figure out how to treat people based on common sense-and universal intelligence--Most governments and religions have some form of this idea--like not making others do what you wouldn't do yourself.- non-violence, concern for others and attention to less fortunates.--Sensible ideas, not bible-mandated rules.

Yes! Sex has nothing to do with it. Our differences don't divide us.
Men and women ARE different. Physiologically, psychologically... we look different, we behave different, we have different motivations... desires. And it's our differences that make us so compatible.
We're made to compliment one another. To fit together. Literally and metaphorically.
As for degradation, well, prejudices exist. Bigotry and cruelty are human flaws, universally, and are not limited to one sex or the other. Whites and blacks. Men and women. Young and old. Religion and, well, religion. Heteros and homos. Abled and disabled. Shall I go on? Anywhere you find difference, with it, you'll find prejudice. We, as a single race, need to get over it.
But how BORING would it be if we were all the same? NO THANKS, says I!
So if, with our differences you perceive division, then yes, we will always be divided. (Although, for the record, it is my opinion that our differences, in most cases, unite us.)
Viva la difference!!!

I think that there will be a glorious day when there is only the division between heaven and hell. Men and women aren't as divided as they once were. If you think about the progress that has been made, it's been slow going, but inevitably progressing to a wonderful arrangement of co-exsistence ..... aww crap, WE gonna run things aight?!

I don't think it's as big a deal as it sounds. For one thing, humans Love Drama. If there isn't any around, we make up our own. It just keeps life interesting. Also, the people who make the most degrading statements on here, wouldn't dare say those things to anyone's face out loud. The internet is an outlet for many people who are afraid to speak.

No...what you are reading (the bashing) is because these people are young, immature and they're still in between caring about someone and yet that someone might have cooties. Men and women aren't really that divided. We're different from each other -- not only is that ok - that is good!!!

Yes!!! Because of our many differences we will always disagree with, degrade and undermine the opposite sex. Thats life, if men and women were to live peacefully don't you think it would make things a little bit boring. I mean sometimes we actually look forward to the banter, debates and ridicule we dish out.
