Hernia recouperation?

I've just had a hernia operation.
How long before it stops hurting to walk?

Take your pain meds it's going to be a little while. although everyday gets easier you could be in pain for 7-10 days

I would lay off Soccer and Wrestling for a few weeks. Also, kickboxing can hinder recovery.
