I had a fever last night at 101 degrees. I took some medicine and this morning I took my temperature again. It was at 98.7 degrees which is .1 away from normal which I think is good now. But I still have a small dizzy-like headache feeling and although I can walk and still listen and everything, I'm not sure if I should go out today. What do you guys think? Thanks for any help. And also, is it common to have a small dizzy feeling after you just had a fever?

A small dizzy feeling? I'm not a doctor and I don't know what caused your fever. Some kind of summer cold maybe, I just had one. No, if you don't need to go out, just stay home and get some rest, lots of liquid and vitamin C. You will get better faster and not spread you germs around to other innocent people.

101 degrees isn't a big deal. Fever is the bodies way of fighting illness. Take some tylenol and maybe some sudefed. It's probably a sinus infection. You do not have to give in to this. Most who work can't lay around when they do not feel good. If you get up and get busy you will feel better quicker.
