for a while now i was thinking of getting back into contact with a guy i went to school with way back but i was way too nervous so i had my sis call his mom and leave my info and now that she s done that im more nervous now then i was before.i keep feeling something bad will happen or he wont call me back.should i be feeling like this?

It's done now. Just relax and wait and see. Sure, it's normal to feel nervous or second-guess yourself, but you never know what neat thing could come out of it, and if nothing does...well, you haven't lost anything to begin with!!

I can only react to this situation as the man - and let you know what I would be thinking and feeling.
- I would be flattered - but not interested enough to call. After all - the information came through my mom, She will be asking what happened, and I won't want to tell her anything about it, least of all tell her if I had called you
- Even though I was flattered, I would wonder what your response would be to any other situation... would I be hearing things you didn't want to tell me to my face through my mom again? Don't really want her involved in that way.
- I don't think anything bad will happen, but I wouldn't want you to contact me later and ask if I had gotten the information. I would feel obligated on so many levels to do something and absolutely not want to do them - knowing that somehow - someone would know about all of it.

I would definatly take a chill pill theres nothing to be worried about..No need to get so nerved up my goodness keep telling yourself it will be okay.
