Take the derivative of P(x) and find where slope = 0.

P'(x) = 15(x + 1)^(-1/2) - 3
0 = 15(x + 1)^(-1/2) - 3
3 = 15(x + 1)^(-1/2)
0.2 = (x + 1)^(-1/2)
5 = sqrt (x + 1)
25 = x + 1
24 = x
