I guess you mean living now. Well, since Victor Borge and Danny Kaye have already died, I would have to say it's between Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) and either Robin Williams or Bill Cosby for the second. For women I think there are too many to choose from, so I don't have a favorite that way.
