I want to reshape my eyebrows. Should I get it professionally done or by a kit that has stencils and brow powder and stuff like that?

Let them grow in real thick first.even tho it will look horrible.and then go get them done professionally.make sure u tell them thinck and arched or thin and arched.otherwise they will just thin them out.i even had a guy completely wax off my eyebrows before and then draw them back on.i wanted to literally rip his head off.short temper i know.

Well first you need to leave your eyebrows alone for two-three months. That means no plucking!! You have to go around with ugly brows for a bit before you can fix them (but if you want to pluck any uni-hairs then that doesn't matter).

Then go to a reputable spa and have a pro do it!

professionally...
Due to a hectic schedule, I had been doing my own for a while but I wanted a fresh prespective so today I got my waxed at a salon and they looked so much better than any time I plucked them on my own.

you should get your eyes brows threaded its give your eyes glow you dnt even need to put on eyes shadows it glows and looks neat and clean cause they pluk out each single hair from the thread the other gud thing you dnt have to do it for weeks again isnt that cool

Get them done by a pro. if you do it yourself you masy risk ending up with "mixed results."

Ask them to use a technique called "threading."
threading is just using a piece of thread to pluck the hairs.
it will not rip/strech your skin like waxing or be as painfull as tweezers.

definitely have a professional do it!
the kits are a "one size fits all"
whereas the professional will shape your eyebrows
to make it unique and the best fit for your face.

I would suggest getting it done professionally the first time. Then you can pluck them to keep them shaped nicely.

Ok. If you have done this before, then go ahead and do it at home. Get them done professionaly if you dont know how. Just tell them how you want them and they will do it exactly like that.
