First of all...do not diet. I'm a professional trainer. Make sure you are healthy first....see your doctor. Second, make sure you are getting enough GOOD fat in your diet....this means almonds, olive oil, avacados....NOT burgers and fries. Our bodies will give up their stored fat, ONLY when they are getting fat on a regular, consistent basis. Then, once you have your diet under control....CARDIO EXERCISE LIKE CRAZY....walk or run or cycle and do it regularly and religiously. Do not get discourage. Men store fat on their bellies and backs and that will be the last place you will lose it. It will come off your chest and shoulders first, then legs then butt. The belly fat and back fat will hang on, but don't get discourage...keep going. I'm 50 years old and have a six pack to die for, but I worked my butt off to get it.

You've got to start by taking in less calories than you expend. Then you have got to do cardio. At the minimum, 30 minutes, three times a week. It would be better if you can do at least 3 hours a week.

That will get the fat gone, then for a six pack you've got to work out the mid section. Tae bo, Turbo Jam, sit-ups, crunches, kickboxing. If you like dancing there is a new thing called CoreRythms or something close. Belly dancing will work also.

guess what kids......six packs are a genetic trait, have known extremely healthy and strong people that worked out like crazy and never developed a six pack. If you carry the gene for it, and you want definition, the best way is excercise those abs. Pills are a bad idea, all hydroxycut does is make you jittery and make you pee off excess fluid.
There is no magic pill, no easy answer.....work the muscles to increase tone and definition.

Most people are against pills but i think ill start using HydroxyCut to get a more defines abdominal region. I heard it works great and that paired with a good workout that you lose the fat and keep the muscle so you look more lean and fit.

This is a great question.

Change your diet, switch to a low cal diet and start doing exercises that have high reps low weight. The situp machines work to help keep your back from injury.

You have to do cardio to lose the weight. Any kind of cardio is fine since cardio can't target a specific area. Then you need to do resistance training (weights) on the specific area to create the muscle definition. You must do both to see the results.
