U could b any age but if ur under 18 u need a parent or an adult 2 go with u.

You have to be 18 or have a parent go with you with ID and sign a waiver.

I believe its 18....but....make sure its something that when you get old and your skin starts to sag and you get age spots...it still looks as "cool"

I think nowadays its not as strict anymore. You can probably get it done even if you are only 14 or so.
