Any of them. Football players don't play in the world cup they play in the superbowl. The best to never win the superbowl is Dan Marion. Remember Football is real and it is great. Soccer however is lame and gay.

Screw that guys answer ... your gay ... the best soccer star never to win the big one is Marco Van Basten (Netherlands) or Carlos Valderrama (Colombia); as for regualr football, the best not to win was Dan Marino.
