Are the songs the same?

Yeah it's the same thing. It's just stamped "promotional copy - not for sale". I have some of those with a gold stamp. All that is is a stamp mark that designates those copies to get sent to radio stations and what not.

Usually - sometimes promos may have less songs, though. The main thing about promos is that they are labeled promos - and are to be given away, not sold.

no, it contains trailer to the songs and actually distruted to the stores so that they can play it for demo purpose
