No, I just take a long lunch break, sneak into their home, and rub poison ivy in their underwear. (Wear gloves when you do this) Or you could always buy fart spray and spray it in their car right before they get off work, after THEIR cold goes away! I'm just kidding, no I don't feel like decking them, but I do think they should have more respect for other people!

Sure. But then that person would be decking the person who gave it to them, and so on. Pretty soon, everyone would have a bloody nose PLUS a cold.

First thought is, "Well... Heck yeah!"
But really you can look at it from two angles. The flip side of the coin is that they may be doing you a favor by boosting your immune system in the end.
That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Think of it as a "shot". When your body is done fighting the invader it'll ramp up defence a bit.

Much anger comes from self importance. Saying "They can't do this to ME!" or "I can't believe I have to do this" are signs of self importance. If you start believing that you have an inherent right to be treated differently from other people, this is the root of many anger management issues.
Obviously you are appalled, but it is unlikely that this person made you sick on purpose. "They can't treat me like this" what if you had made someone else sick? do you truly feel that they have the right to deck you?

the only way to know for sure if someone gave you their cold, if they don't cover their nose when they sneeze or when they cough in your face, then they tell you after they did all that then they tell you that they are sick with a cold.

yes.one time i was working on a drilling rig and this guy took 2 weeks off to go out east and he came back to the rig with this very bad cold and give it to us and this one guy beat him up after he got it

nah, i'd want to thank them for giving me an excuse to get a sick day.
but if it were just a sniffle or so, i'd make them buy my tissues and cough medicine.
