Brian May and Freddie Mercury (of the band- Queen) thought so. Their song lyrics to that name gave an explanation:

Have to agree. Ever been torn between two people? Hell. Pure hell. Ever had two people torn over you? Ideologically, you'd think that would be fun wouldn't you? Nope. Practically, it sucks. Not fun at all.

Not true at all. Love can't kill anybody. It's an emotion, expression, a feeling & so on. On the contrary, Love is Life.

Anything in excess is not good and not healthy. Therefore, it might harm you or kill you.
Although, if it is TRUE love, love is harmless.
It's such a paradox.
