Like many relationship sticking points, this needs to be handled with a compromise. You need to talk to him openly and without nagging or whining that you would like him to go down on you more and you need to find out what would make him either enjoy going down on you or what would make him go down on you with an incentive.
Obviously you've been "giving the milk for free" to him with the going down on him. You do NOT want to make going down on you a chore, meaning don't use the stick (punishment for not doing it) but the carrot (reward for doing it) perhaps you can trade a few minutes of massage or perhaps a strip tease. Maybe you can compromise and watch a pornographic film with him or even something non sexual like let him watch a football game unitnerrupted if he brings you to orgasm orally.
Everyone has their price, you just have to find out what that is and then either pay it, or live with not having oral as much as you'd like.

Honey it's the staiafaction of themselves, thats all they care about. I know by now you'd think he'd care if you were satisfied too but it don't work like that for some stupid reason. I can't remember the last time my husband went down on me but I'll do it to him 5-6 times a week? Does that make sense? Hell no. We want other staisfaction too other then his dick being u no.

People say talking about it is the best solution. I would go for something different here. I'd put some porn on where he goes down on her before he comes home and look very excited. I should assume this scene would get both of you going, and i bet he'd go down on you. If you have sex but he doesn't go down on you, just look cool and unsatisfied. Men are fickle creatures.Just ask him .Maybe you should use like a scented lotion. Peach is one of my favorites to use down there.But make sure you are not sensitive in that area.Some men just don't like natural smells.oh and make sure the lotion has a pleasing taste
