Some of speak ao much about negative Vibes and stuff.. How about movies with extreme pessimism? Movies like Final Destination( and all its sequels ) are so pessimistic.. Would some one really appreciate such movies ? Its not that its scary to imagine such things, but its so foolish to portrait something like that..

I thought that all 3 final destination movies were great. Its quite scary to think that if cheat death he'll come for you in the end.

My younger sister loves them. I think it's because of the gore and pretty people dying.

I don't remember Final Destination being more pessimistic then other horror movies, like Army of Darkness or even Buffy the Vampire Slayer...

I watched the 1st one. It was like Murphy's Law-- if anything can go wrong, it will. But I passed on the sequels. Same song and dance-- the thrill is gone.

I know what you mean, sometimes movies are just downers. But there's something for everyone. It's subjective. Depending on my mood, I can like just about anything either for its craft or just goofiness or even the violence - just to release tension and escape from the world or just to see something unusual.
