forget about weight - you should be concerned with your body-fat percentage.

At 250 you might be a fat, lazy, sack of sh it or you could be lean, muscular, athletic, and healthy.

Don't pay any attention to the government guide lines. They are completely bogus. They say that I am obese - when in fact, i am a lean world-champ weight lifter.

Do you really want to take height/weight proprotion info from people like Ted Kennedy, George Bush, John Kerry.....?

6 ft and 250?
either you look like Arnold at his best, or you should get down closer to 200.
when I was 16, I was 6'3" and 210. I looked like superman.(take your pick of either Tom wellig or Brandon Routhe)
