It sounds like he may like you and hes trying to justify to himself if youre worth pursuing, by reexamining those stupid things you do and if he can live with them. He probably sees all the good things you do and weighs them against the stupid ones or theres someone else that hes comparing you to and cannot make a decision on the good things so hes using the stupid ones to make a choice. If you like him, then quit doing stupid things and love will find a way if its meant to be. Good luck

He thinks, thats good. You don't want a friend that doesn't think, right. But he thinks you're stupid. So he probably thinks he is smarter than you. And I would agree, since you haven't mentioned anything about thinking for yourself.
