According to historians, Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK, but there's a mountain of evidence to prove there was no way he could have done it (there's also a laundry list of people who are suspected as the shooters and people/groups/government agencies that were involved). If I remember correctly, a rapper named Big E. Smalls killed Tupac or at least ordered the hit. Something about a west-coast/east-coast rap rivalry that got way out of hand.
