1. If your PC and phone both support bluetooth, pair the PC and phone and transfer the file

2. f you have USB connectivity between phone and PC and have phone management s/w installed in PC (like Nokia PC suite), connect it and then transfer

3. If you have internet connectivity in your phone, send the file to any site or mail from PC and avccess it from your fone and save it.

4. If your phone has a memory card and your PC has a card reader, put the card in the reader and transfer the file (most easy way... :) )

i upload mine to yahoo photos, then sign onto yahoo through my cell carrier then download to my phone, its a beta program right now but it works like a charm

i have sprint and this works........ send it to your yahoo email and save it ....... then from your phone go to yahoo and open pics and save from there
