The height of the sky:
3969.19 (The radius of the earth in miles) + 956 (the distance of the earth atmosphere in miles ) squared minus the reference of where you are standing. This is considering using the units of distance as miles.
Remember the sky is also below you because the sky is also on the end of the other side of the earth.
If you use the metric system you will have to multiply everything by 1.61 to get km.
