Perhaps you could look on the NTID (National Technical Institute for the Deaf) website. It's affiliated with RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology). I know they have some videos, and probably stuff you can purchase. You may need an account, I'm not sure. They're the only deaf school that I know of. If you want the alphabet or ordinal / cardinal system, try using a search engine to find images. They're all over.
(I'm not deaf, but I don't listen to people :P)
