Are you talking about the avatars? The easiest way I found to set one up is when you sign into your yahoo mail there is a gray square there on the main page...click on it & it'll take you to the page. OR if that does not work then on yahoo messenger you can go up to file & click on "change my display image" & there's a spot there to choose your avatar & to customize it. Start playing & enjoy!

If you mean the avatar, go into your email and when you first sign in you'll see your funny little grey smiley, click it. It will take you into the avatar area so you can make a mini you!
