Fat, like fat and happy, fat tuesday, fat cat, fat wad of cash. Fat means big and good.
Fat became phat when people decided how to spell out ghetto gangster talk. And P.H.A.T. is just a play on that.
Pretty Hot and Tempting is just a silly made-up acronym, not where the word actually came from.
