define hard? define sports? and for who?
baseball is a simple game, but hitting a round ball with a round bat is said to be the hardest thing to do in sport. Bear wrestling seems like it would be a little difficult, but is it a sport? I have a friend who is a marathon runner, and she is very good at it too...me? I'd be puking my lungs out after the first mile. There is too much to take into consideration for just a simple answer

The hardest sport on the body by far is Squash. It accounts for the most deaths in any sport by far. This is because it puts a severe strain on the body very quickly and in ways that other sports do not. Heart attacks, strokes and CVAs are the main causes.

Medical recommendations in fact say that if you do not very quickly become very, very good at it stop and find another sport. In any event it is recommended that people over 35 do not play it at all.

The hardest sport to play, although few have played it, is waterpolo. It is very violent but you can't tell from the surface. You're trying to swim and people are trying to pull you under, it's crazy and exhausting.
