An acupuncturist might not ask if you're a bleeder, though that should be information you volunteer right up front. However, acupuncture generally doesn't draw blood because the needles don't go that far below the surface of the skin (this from 5 years' worth of receiving acupunture treatments). There have been a couple of occassions when my acupuncturist has hit a blood vessel. Then I've had a little bleeding. If you're a hemopheliac...that would be a problem.

in my experience, an accupuncture needle can hardly be felt , let alone draw blood. so I wouldn't expect them to ask unless it's a joke.
