Like something's not right and you can't figure it out. Is this some form of intuition? It happens to me a lot and there's always something that caused me to feel this way and I don't feel right until I find out what it is.

Yeah its the 6th sense that comes out in use every now and then. I think some people are more attuned to it then others though. For example last Thursday I just started feeling this overwhelming anxiety for no reason. I couldn't shake the feeling for a couple of hours.
Later that night around 1PM in the morning, my X-Girlfriends boyfriend calls saying that he wants to kick my *** because my X wont stop talking about me lol... Anyways, that’s just one of MANY examples..

I love your questions!..

You may rest assured that a majority of those who take psychology courses in college are in the same boat.
On the other hand, I am not sure I would trust someone who hadn't considered what you suggest at one time or another.
Listen to your intuition and let it guide you to the right path. I suggest that your soul is in need of something which will make it full. Remember that is a journey rather than a single act, more than likely. Choose wisely and beware of false prophets along the way.

I have felt that way plenty of times. Sometimes I manage to figure it out, the rest of the time it goes away, just a matter of how long it takes to go away.

Sometimes it seems like it's intuition (once they are resolved and you know what it was), other times you might think it was just a feeling (usually when it goes unresolved, although in that situation it could have been intuition, since you couldn't figure it out you don't actually know).

I do and often there is something amiss... of course, I have four sons, so at any given time one or more of them is up to something they shouldn't be doing! *L* I guess you could call it intuition... I prefer to think of it as a skill that you can actually hone into a razor sharp assessment of what's going on in your world. I've gotten so good at it I can actually predict one of my mother-in-law's famous tantrums and avoid her accordingly. My husband is amazed by this and says "I don't get it! I grew up with her and she still blind-sides me!" Intuition or skill, either way it comes in handy. Use it well.

Sure, but with me it's often a physical thing, and if I eat a good meal and get my energy up, or maybe take some vitamins or just get a good night's rest it often works itself out and I feel much better.

Mentally, however, I don't let very much that is out of my control bother me, so I have a tendency to let things go (and, thankfully, I don't often have this sort of thing happen to me or get me stressed out just out of the blue!)

I think it all ends up going back to your family why you feel something is not right. You were brought up a certain way so you dont feel right when your around certain circumstances or the people are not your personality .

We all do at some points.

I felt that way a few days ago, couldn't pinpoint what was wrong, but alas I felt like something was missing from my life at that moment.

For moments like these, I suggest eating ice cream.

Did you change your routine?
It can be as simple as showering with soap before shampoo. The smallest changes in a routine can affect your day.
