yeah... I did see this book called Making out in Japanese (Pt1 and pt 2). Though I had a book called Making out in Tagalog and that book sucked hard. Though, it prob depends on ther author.

Every language has slang, but most dictionaries deal strictly with proper gramatical usage.
Here is a website with all the Japanese slang you will likely ever want to know:

Yes the japanese language has slang. And just to confuse you further there is whole 'other' language that you only use if you are being extremly polite (which is what most phase books give you, to ensure that you don't accidentally offend but it is also considered quite old fashioned) and a more 'normal' languge.

Yes of course Japan (like every other country) has slang. They also have "-ben"--regional dialects and colloquiallisms. So Osaka-ben is pretty different than Tokyo-ben (for example a traditional greeting in Osaka, which is very commerce oriented, is something like the equivalent of "Have you made money today?"). And Gunma-ben--a landlocked, kind of "country" prefecture--is considered very hick or bumpkinish. There are several websites that deal with japanese slang--just google it.

Different groups have their own argot just like anywhere else. Teens have their lingo, gangsters talk like gangsters, truckers seem to use a language all their own on their radios.
