4 wheels or 6?
If it's 6 wheels then there will be some drag between the wheels on tight turns. Very wide wheels will have the same effect within the wheel itself.
If your truck is just a 4 wheeler, it's possible the steering geometry is out, or just not designed to turn sharp so accurately. This sort of design may give better handling or wear characteristics at higher speeds.
Check the geometry. If it's OK the noise is nothing to worry about, if the geo is out it will eventually show in uneven tire wear.

It could be your steering. As you make the turn and turn the wheel the steering belt might be slipping, causing a squealing noise. Don't wait for too long to get this sorted, or you'll keep going straight no matter how hard you turn.
At work, on our vans, sometimes the fan belt squeaks when we turn the wheel, but only first thing.

Take the truck to a tire shop and have the tread on the tires checked. It could prevent you from having a blow out at some unexpected time.

Check the tire pressure. They'll squeal easily if the tires are low.

Are your tires old or worn? As tires age, the rubber hardens which causes them to squeal more easily.

the tires dont have enough grip to hold the corner...either cheap tires or almost worn out...they probably don't do well under heavy braking, either

IMPORTANT! Hey there...I had a similar problem and it could be your boots. thats right, boots. I would think all cars have boots on them. They are a part of your axel, attaching to the wheel. good luck!
