The above is almost correct except it's Charing Cross Road to the East -- Charing Cross Rd. becomes Tottenham Court Road north of Oxford Street.

The area bounded by Oxford Street to the north, Tottenham Court Road to the east, Shaftesbury Avenue to the South and Regents Street to the east
