Try this site for cell phones, and plans. They have great deals, and in most cases free shipping.

It's all depend on where do you want to use. First,You might want to ask what your family and friends and co-workers are using right now. The reason is that if you use the same cell phone company as most of the people you know, than you will less likely to go over the minute because most wireless company do give their customer mobile to mobile free. By doing so, your over all cell phone bill cost will less a lot. Second, you might want to ask the cell phone company about the covarage for your house and work and the most place you go. Some of the cell phone company give very good deal. However, if you cannot use it when you need it, it is just a waste of money. So, don't look at the cheapest one but look at the plan and phone which work for you.

I have gone with both and i found that rogers is better with offering you free stuff so you kinda get more for you money product wise, also when they make mistakes i found rogers to be better with compinsating by taking money off your bill, or giving you a month free, etc. and there reps seem nicer too, as for prices the rates seem to be the same or very close but rogers has more free phones to choose from i found! over all id say go with rogers, just be sure to tell them what you want and fight for it they'll usually cave after a while and youll get what you want for an okay price, and hey if they tell ya they cant give you what you want mention going to the other company that might work! lol goodluck

Remember to ask what all your options are when you buy your plan. They try to get you to sign up for two or three years but tell them you only want a want year commitment in case their service sucks. The phone companies will also try to sucker you in by giving you the phone for free. I have Sprint but I may try a smaller company that has lower rates and less services when my contract expires.

I have Verizon but will probably change next month to T-Mobil. More minutes, better pricing and I've heard from many friends & family they have few problems.

Are you in the U.S. or elsewhere? I don't know these carriers at all.
