True leaders are born not created. If people look up to you and respect you then you are already a leader and you just don't know it. If you follow the crowd you are a sheep.

You already are a leader. You've asked a question only a leader would ask. Now, who are you leading, where? Answer "What do you love?", and you've answered both questions. Keep in mind that leaders are also followers. Who, what are you following? Again, what do you love? So, follow, and do your best to stay one step ahead of those you're leading.

If you have to ask if you can be a leader, you can't be a leader

Anybody can be a leader. "Whom do you wish to lead?" is the important question. If you wish to command an army, the skill set is different than if you wish to lead an army of kindergartners or psychiatric ward residents.

Leadership takes bravery, inner strength, and the act to take charge when others around you are lost and need gudience. Just ask yourself these questions.
*Do I want to follow someone elses judgement
*Do I want to raise above all of the rest
*Do I want to be the best I can be
*Am I afraid of what other people say or think of me
*Can I handle the pressure of choice, judgement, and responiblities of my actions
Only you and you alone can answer these questions, no one else can. Never take less then what you want.
