After the Dubai thing where Bill was advising them how to get the contract and Hillary opposed it, he was told to run everything by her before speaking. It's say there's at least a 50% chance of it being the person who wins the 2008 presidential election.
But given the current political climate and the way the current administration simply ignores laws it doesn't like, anything is possible.
