Depending on your financial situation, this is a good way to work it. My friend did this and it paid her way through Uni:

She rented a 3 bedroom house at about £500 p/m; advertised the rooms as shared rooms (2 people per room - all students) and charded £200 per person.

So she had £800 p/m coming in, £500 going out, £300 extra income and was living there herself for free. All bills shared 5 ways.

* You need to take their VISA details to cover bills/damage and runners.
