Minina's link is quite useful. I tested it on our address. You can also get the names and phone numbers of all the neighbors, provided they are listed. I'm going to bookmark this.

Go to Whitepages.com and do a address lookup. If it's listed then you should be able to find it. Or you could call your information number and tell them that you have an address but need the number.
