no, all penises come in different sizes and all they do when circumcising is to cut off extra skin....the length stays the same.

Penis size varies per person. Circumcision or not. There is no correlation.
However, uncircumcised penises do require more attention and cleaning, and can sometimes be problematic to children.
Still, skin or no skin, there's no difference.

Of course they are. And people who cut their fingernails have really long fingers, because we all know that cutting parts off makes everything bigger.
And only whores have big breasts, smart people have little feet, and serial killers all have outie belly buttons.
Remember too that you can tell what kind of personality a person has by the bumps on their skull, which have nothing to do with bone structure, but are pushed out by the "loving" or "stingy' parts of the brain as they grow.

not any smaller than they would be without the foreskin. Its just a little flap of skin, it doesnt add anything to size or length. At least nothing anything to mention.
