Bullys usually have some emotional problem, like parents are too busy or mean. You could find out what was bothering him and talk to him telepathically which would be easier than words on such a touchy topic with a bully.

but you and you alone would know his weakness, his insecurities that made him become a bully in the first place. You could key in on these little issues that he has with himself. Make him see that he doesn't really WANT to be a bully, he is one because that's what he has become. LOL. Love the picture and the name"Elastic Pie" Original... love it.

You'd find out his biggest fears and use them to tone his behavior down so that he's not hurting you or your classmates.
