What the hell is this movie about? Most of his movies have scared the crap out of me....and the previews for this one are scaring me too....I have to hit mute or leave the room when it is on. Does anyone know what it is about and if it is any good?

Apartment building superintendent Cleveland Heep (Giamatti) rescues what he thinks is a young woman from the pool he maintains. When he discovers that she is actually a character from a bedtime story who is trying to make the journey back to her home, he works with his tenants to protect his new friend from the creatures that are determined to keep her in our world.
I'm seeing it tomorrow. I'll tell you if it's any good.

So long as it doesn't turn out to be a piece of crap like "The Village"
That movie had potential and then the way it ended just plain sucked @$$!

He said it was a story he made up for his kids as a bedtime story. They say it is for kids 8 and up. It does look creepy, but can't be too bad if they are going to let kids that young in to watch it. I think the creepy advertising is what lures you to go see it.

I hope it won't be a big disappointment like his last two movies. Not scary but sucky.

i dont think is that scary
is about this guy who finds a 'narf' in his pool, which leads to another world. Anyway she is trying to find her way back, and this guy is trying to help her. and theyre a big bad wolf trying to do bad things.
I'll watch it
