Lebanon could disband Hezbollah and its arsenals which are deliberately located in crowded cities.
Blaming or assigning responsibility is meaningless. It would be meaningful to focus on a permanent resolution of the conflict - not in a series of diplomatic agreements that will eventually be broken but a permanent solution.
Maybe all those unhappy to live side by side in the Middle East could relocate, say perhaps to Jupiter. It is a big planet. That way if they blow each other up in a nuclear holocaust, just maybe, the Earth will survive.
Focus on a solution. All three Abrahamic religions (Muslims, Jews, Christains) believe in the Messiah who would bring lasting peace and save the world from destruction.

Let's consider how it started. Israel wasn't attacking. Hezbollah snuck over the border to murder and kidnap Israeli soldiers, then started lobbing rockets into residential areas in Israel.
Then Israel took action. If not for Hezbollah's actions, Israel wouldn't have attacked.
Now Israel sends warning to people around military targets, warning them of attacks. Hezbollah puts military assets amongst civilians, then stops civilians from evacuating those areas.
Let a reasonable person consider who is at fault.

The Hezbollah has kidnapped Israeli soldiers and launched rockets on Israel in the past to use as "leverage" to try to get Israel to release prisoners. So, this time Israel is fighting fire with fire. And now the Hezbollah (along with their Iranian "friends") are crying foul. There is only so much bullying that one can take before they fight back. Good going, Israel!!!

The problem stems from Hezbollah; using the citizens of Lebanon. The senselessness occurred when Lebanon allowed themselves to be pawns of the Syrian and Iranian agenda.

Well I thing it is not right whatever Israel is doing with Lebanon right now. I know Israel has to defend herself but it dos not mean that they have to go and destroy another country; no civilian should die because of Hezbollah and Israel it is a crime against humanity.
