I am a 34 yo female who is in a relationship with a 23 yo male virgin. I know we have a huge age difference, but you really wouldn't be able to tell if you saw us together. He is very mature for his age, and I am basically a kid. :-) I don't want to pressure him to give up his beliefs (waiting until marraige), but I am very frustrated. He has only been in 2 other serious relationships, and neither of them were very physical. I am trying desperately to get him to be more affectionate, but it difficult as hell. I am the mother of 2 kids, so obviously I am no Virgin. How can I show him that there are more ways to be intimate????? Its not as easy as it sounds. I am scared that if I am too forceful, I may scare him away. We have discussed it. He basically says to let him go at his own pace. However, his pace is slower than a snails. HELP!

Are you certain this is even a good idea? This kid obviously has a severe fear of intimacy, and while you see your own lack of maturity as a boone right now, he's going to keep growing up and you've already decided to stay a kid. That may cause you guys some stress down the line. Still, if you're determined to make this work, you're absolutely right that pushing on him will scare him off. Best to buy yourself a little battery operated friend, and bide your time until he comes around. By this time, he's already established the ways that he shows affection, so even once you get him started, don't expect him to be a touchy person. Good luck!

Be glad that you have found a guy that is interested in a woman for reasons other than sex! In my religion we are not allowed to have sex outside of marriage, so it is not easy when you're single. Don't make it harder on him if you really care. Give him the support and respect that he deserves. If you pressure him and he caves, he'll probably end up resenting you for it. And have you thought about looking into his religion? It might help you to come to the same conclusion. And it will bring you two closer together.

Two choices, either tell him how much intimating your relationship will mean to your guys future, or find someone who's as nice and not a prude:D The age difference is marginal, but not insane, hell I dated a woman 18 years older than me for over five years...she left me for someone younger:))

Wait you've already talked about it and you are still trying to force him to be physical? Come on why are you with such a young man anyways? If you cant let him go at his own pace then you need to find another man cause it's not fair to him.

go easy on him... it's commendable that he has such high values for himself. if you pressure him too much than your right, you will scare him away... but if you show that you are understanding and that you value the other (more important) parts of your relationship, you will make him feel secure and comfortable. If you really think this relationship is special and is going to last through time... then be patient. if you don't, let him go, so that he can be with someone who truely appreciates him.

He has his beliefs, you have to respect that. But you can also buy a electric buddy and go to town with him laying in the bed next to you, if this does not get his interest going....i would trade him in for another model! I won't go into details, but I'm sure you can find another man that would be more than willing to assist you with this little issue, good luck!

I don't say this as a joke, i really mean it. It is a very big possibility. He feel not sexually atracted to you or to all women?
The difference of your age is not to much, that should be not the reason.

sister its either you ask him to marry you so you can get done, you do someone else, play with yourself in-front of him so he can became aroused, or move on to someone who have experience. It seem like he is true to his religion and it was good that he told you from the start so if you truly love him the best thing to do is wait.
