I used to play with mud pies for hours and hours. And I used to make 'perfume' out of rose petals. Do children still do these kinds of things?

I remember making mud pies, and mud sandwiches out of two leaves and mud in the middle..lol
We were not allowed to stay inside and watch a lot of TV,and there were no computers.
My sister and I had to be creative, and we played outside most of the day.
I doubt that very many kids know what A mud pie is today.lol

Yes I do with son, Here is the best mud pie how too. For those who forgot
You have to go outside ,right after it rains.
Make sure you get one of your moms best cooking pie pan and wooden spoon.
Oh put on best clothes as well you want to impress mom.
Ok now find a reallt good mud hole , or the flower bed, and start digging your mud in with wooden spoon into the pie pan, remember the key is The messier you are at it the better the pie will taste !
After you get a bunch of mud in pie pan, put a little water over and flaten out, make sister or brother lick the spoon.
OK now we want to bake it so put in moms oven (but do not turn on it will flaten out)
Ok now ask mom for pot holder , and when she ask why tell her you made her a surprise pie , by this time she will have noticed your nice clothes all dirty it i sbest to run now! LOL
