I am a small business owner myself and my products are mainly for other small businesses.

100% of the time my customers will negotiate to the point where the deal would go to the brink of breaking - and when they see that they have negotiated with me to the point that if they try anymore I would be forced to say - sorry can't do it - they would stop and those really interested would purchase.

So trust me the more you negotiated with your suppliers and vendors the better position you would be in to offer a great deal to your customers.

AND REMEMBER - there is no last word on negotiating - you can always renegotiate, get one thing and a month down the road if you feel that the prices are not giving you enough room go back and renegotiate regardless of your last deal.

Profits are not made on sales - they are made on purchases.
