She is screwing someone else but feels bad about it because she knows you don't deserve to be treated that way but she just can't help herself. The guy with the big dick get the chick syndrome.

More along the lines of what the previous answer was, I think she's just throwing some B.S. out there to make it easier, when it fact what shes doing is just wrong. Don't trust her, you should move on anyway.

That depends on the reason she gave for the breakup.
If the fault lies with you or something that you are not able to accomplish, you still have a chance if you try to fix the problem.
Otherwise... get over it.

lol - it means she's trying to make the break up less painful on you...
but really it just makes it more painful because the breakee gets confused, and still thinks they have a chance.
